Just came back from a girls only vacation with my best friend. We ate at Coral Reef for lunch this past Wednesday and it was great! The greeter CM at the front desk was not very cheerful, but the rest of the experience was very nice. We, too, were seated right next to the tank. My best friend had the Mahi Mahi, which she reported was very tasty. I had the Salmon with rice instead of the veggies, which I absolutely loved! We both cleaned our plates!!! For dessert we both had the Bailey's & Jack Daniels Mousse. She loved it...I thought it was a little rich for my taste. I'm not a huge fan of dark chocolate. I did like the caramel crisp on the top! Our waitress was super nice and very attentive! I think her name was Shannon. I hadn't been to Coral Reef in about 9 years and was a bit apprehensive with all of the bad reviews. I figured that I liked it back then, so I gave it a shot. Very pleased that we did! Would definitely go back!
