Does anyone else think that the police officers in the On Star Commercials sound annoyed? You get the On Star person talking to the person in the car. Then you get the On Star person calling the cops. Then you get the "Ma'am/Sir, I have the police on the line." and the person in the car talks to the cops and explains what happened. The cops always sound put out and irritated that they have to send someone out.
I used to love Quizno's subs, but haven't eaten there since the little rat things.
I hate that V05, ba boom boom lady.
I hate the commercials for medications. Half the time, you don't even know what they do. I remember those commercials for Crestor. I actually went to the website to see what it did!
But, my favorites, and I have seen them for a while, were the drugs for some irectile dysfuction drug. There was the one with the guy on the golf course that talked about how he discovered the importance of "wood" and that he had a happy partner back at the clubhouse. He had this lame smile on his face and so did his wife. Then there was the one where he was meeting with some Japanese businessmen and, in subtitles at the bottom, they were making dual innudeno comments about his negotiated style...he is "remaining firm" among others. Then the little Japanese lady peeked in at them and got this weird smile on her face. They just give me the creeps.
