I haven't seen anything in the Parks - not even Islands of Adventure - but when I was there in September for the Announcement about the opening in the Spring, there were action figures, some t-shirts and a few random things over in CityWalk near the movie theater. Nothing I hadn't seen in outside stores, but at least it was a reminder that Harry Potter is on his way! And isn't that ?

If you want some Harry Potter shirts before Universal starts carrying them, Hot Topic has them.. and some are as cheap as $5! They had children's & Adult sizes.. I know you were probably asking since you wanted Universal items but a way to save money would be to get them there & wear them to Universal

I actually did see some Harry Potter hats at the Brown Derby hat shop in Universal. First merch I saw on-site.
