Harry Potter - Express Passes?

It's been a few years since we've been to Universal Studios. If we stay at one of the three park resorts, are our keys good for Express Pass to be in shorter lines at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter?

Is Harry Potter part of Universal or Islands of Adventure or neither?

Our daughter is a Harry Potter lunatic and she's super excited to go there this summer (June).

We've stayed at the Royal Pacific Resort a few times and loved it. I wouldn't mind trying one of the other two resorts this time though....

There are no express passes for the attractions at WWoHP. Staying onsite allows you one hour early access to the park. We just got back from a stay at the HRH and the onsite access was well worth it.

We got a lot done in that extra hour - we were able to see Olivander's before the crowds hit and do Forbidden Journey a couple of times. We enjoyed the Express Pass the rest of the day at the other attractions.

WWoHP is at Islands of Adventure.

You can't use the express pass for Forbidden Journey or Ollivander's. You can use it for Flight of the Hippogriff and Dragon Challenge.

However, if you take advantage of early admission to the Wizarding World, you can get pretty much everything done before the general public is let in.

We will be there this June and trying PBH this time, we usually also stay at RPR but DD loved the pool and my mom loved the theme of this hotel.

Other than that, use the early entry and if you want to do Olivanders head there first. That line tends to get a longer a lot faster than FJ because of the small amount of ppl that can go in at at time. We are going to check it out this trip, we weren't able to during the opening.

Also, go back in the evening hours. The area at night is really neat to see and the shops and other areas tend to empty out right before closing. That was when DH and I was able to see the inside of the shops. Before that it was at least an hour to just shop....I like shopping but not that much!

Just wanted to reiterate that. Would hate for the OP to miss out on using their EP for 2/4 attractions in WWoHP!

It's a small (and wonderful) land in Islands of Adventure.

For the sake of clarity for the OP, this statement is incorrect. As mentioned, both Dragon Challenge and Flight of the Hippogriff are within WWoHP and do accept Express.
