Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey vs Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance

I haven’t done RotR yet, but that is what I voted for based on YouTube and the Dis.
I FJ but RotR looks incredible!

Hagrids vs GotG is tougher but this one is no contest.

Rise is fantastic if there are no breakdowns and the story follows through; but it does breakdown and the story becomes disjointed and the whole thing less immersive, so I voted Forbidden Journey.

Rise was amazing. Hitting IoA this year for first time, and can’t wait! But, hard to with only half the data, so I’ll have to wait until next month!!

FJ is a really good ride, but Rise is a top 5 attraction in Orlando.

I know we're very much in the minority here, but we've found Rise to be somewhat boring. Just us. We know how popular it seems to be. The first time we rode it was during Covid, with masks and plexiglass, so we wrote it off as part of a bad experience. Tried it again this past winter with no plexiglass, and it still just doesn't do much for us. We are not Star Wars junkies, so maybe that's part of it. But we find the HP attractions to be way more interesting for us. Although we'd put FJ third on the list, after Hagrid's and Gringott's.

Honestly, I vote for Forbidden Journey. The last few times I rode Rise, it had broken effects (or B-mode) and it really ruins the immersion for me. Plus if you remove the preshow elements, the ride itself is just fine. It's not doing anything groundbreaking.

With Forbidden Journey, I really like the ride system as it's very unique though to date it is the only theme park attraction that I've been on that gets me ridiculously motion sick.
