Hardrock 2020

We are planning a one night stay May 16, 2020 at Hardrock. If we checkin between 6am - 7am (we know our room won't be ready yet) will we be able to use the fast passes right away that morning when go to the park? And is there a place to store our luggage until the room is ready?

Yes.
When you check in, you will receive the room keys
Check your bags with luggage area
They will give you a claim ticket and hold them in a secure place
You can have them deliver your luggage to the room once it has been assigned
