We are finding it hard to decide which one to go to Seaworld or Universal? :confused3 If you have any other ideas please let me know.. we only have 4 days with a car while we are in WDW

Personally I would choose Sea World - we always enjoy it there. We went to both in December & my Dd (age 7) preferred SeaWorld. I was surprised as she does like all the rides but preferred WDW to Universal. With 4 days you could do both.

Otherwise take a trip to the malls, Celebration or a beach. Drive to Winter Park & take a look around or go on an airboat ride (we plan to do this in October). Do you want any more ideas?

My family prefers Universal to WDW & SW. We stay onsite at UO though. I'm not sure I'd feel the same, if I was driving over from WDW. The entire onsite experience is what makes Universal better, as far as we're concerned. We do enjoy SW, but find that one day every few years is enough for us. I personally would get bored going more than once in a stay. Those who love wildlife could probably go more often. I never get bored with UO or WDW.

I think since we have been to Seaworld here in Australia, we will go to Universal, do some shopping at the outlets (my DD 12 will enjoy that).. Another ?? we are after a place to take my DD for her 13th birthday I think since we will have the car we would go off site

A lot of people celebrate birthdays at Margaritaville at CityWalk. They have lots of entertainment (stilt walkers, balloon animals, etc.), & the atmosphere is very lively. Hard Rock Cafe is probably a fun place for a party too. Neither are my favorite restaurants at Universal, but most people love them. Bubba Gump's gets good reviews too. For a unique atmosphere, Mythos in IOA can't be beat.

Sorry, I can't help with restaurants in other areas of Orlando. We always eat on property at UO or WDW. I'm sure others will chime in with recommendations.

It depends on whether you are an animal lover or not. If you're the kind of person who likes going to zoos & seeing animals in little cages, then the sight of whales & dolphins in what appear to be swimming pools will probably interest you. For zoo haters, like myself, this place is just sad. I think it's ridiculous the way they put on shows and make it look like the killer whales are kissing the trainers. Mawkish and degrading. But then, I am a big animal lover.

Cheers!
