Just listened to Wed. show and just wanted to add to what John and Kevin said about using party tickets as a one day ticket at the MK.
1)All the attractions are not open.
True after 7pm. You have to plan accordingly and go to the attractions that will be closed during the party. That is actually a really good touring strategy anyway, since crowds will be lighter for the headliners later anyway. You have from 4-7pm to get to all the rides which will be closed, and I've found that the park tends to empty out then anyway as people head to dinner. You can easily get in all the minor attractions you want by 8pm even on a sold out night.
2.)All the restaraunts won't be open.
True. Columbia Harbor House, The Plaza, Pinocchio's, and Pecos Bill's will close at 6pm. But as long as you grab your meal before 6pm you can still enjoy them.
At MVMCP they usually do Wishes(and last year the castle lighting)before the park closes at 7pm so I like to grab a tray from one of those places before 6 and stake out my spot and enjoy dinner there.
