Hard Rock Hotel Universal ROCKS!

I don't want to get into specifics because I don't want anyone else trying to take advantage and calling them up making requests for this, but I just want to say that I called the HRH after my stay to make an inquiry about something I liked their resort and they did something for me that was absolutely FANTASTIC!

I just want to put in a plug that the staff were GREAT during our visit and very nice and VERY professional -- just as good and often better than the WDW CMs. Just one example: My 2 yr old had a birthday we were celebrating and they brought up a beautifully decorated slice of cake with a candle and a coupon for free ice cream at their snack bar downstairs.

They went above and beyond for us, and continued to do so even after we left! I highly recommend this resort!

We stay there every time we go to Uni and HHN...we'll be there for 3 nights next Thursday and can't wait! HRH is one of our favorite resorts!

HRH does ROCK!! My husband and I visit the Orlando area several times a year and for the past 6 years we've stayed at the RPR--Today as I was making our next reservation at RPR I was told that the pool will be closed for refurb while we are there the beginning of Dec. Soooo I decidd to try HRH instead. We not only got a fabulous rate, but after I mentioned that we come to the area every year to ceebrate our Anniversary and this year it would be our 47th ----we were immediately up graded to Club Level !! Yes--HRH ROCKS.
