We have a 7:00pm flight to New York - What time should we leave Hard Rock? This will be on a Tuesday will we encounter any peak hour traffic?

If you leave around 2pm, you won't have any peak hour traffic. The drive is about 80 miles and during normal traffic will take about an hour and a half. I am assuming that you will have to drop off a rental car. If so, you have to allow time to do that.

And, you should allow extra time for any traffic tie ups along the way.

I think you must be misunderstanding. Hard Rock Hotel to Orlando Airport isn't 80 miles.

It takes about half an hour to drive to MCO. I would assume you want to be at the airport around 5? I would leave the hotel at around 4.
