We are travelling to Busch via shuttle/bus service in a few weeks. We are staying at Disney but cabbing it to Universal for pick-up. Our oldest son loves Hard Rock Cafe and we'd like to go there for a late dinner. Can we access the Hard Rock Cafe without buying Universal tickets of any kind?

You would not need a theme park ticket to go to the HRC.

You will need to pay for parking though as you park in the same garage that the IOA and USF visitors use. Here are the parking information:

The enclosed parking garage utilizes moving sidewalks, escalators and elevators, on-site wheelchair rental, and an on-site kennel. Vehicles can leave the garage and return the same day by stopping at the toll plaza upon re-entry and presenting their parking ticket.

Daily parking fees per vehicle:
Regular Parking $15.00*
Florida Residents Free after 6:00 pm with proof of residency
Proof of Florida Residency: please provide one of the following:
Driver's License
Florida State-issued ID card (must have Florida address)
Preferred Parking $20.00
RV/Bus Parking $20.00


*($5.00 between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm.* - after 10:00 pm parking is free)

HRC is located in City Walk.
anyone can go there to eat.

this is the bus schedule from the UO hotels to BG.
if you wanted to save some money and time, you can catch that bus at another location closer to you at the motherland.

but if your main goal is to eat at hrc after that trip, then go for it.
