Hard boiled eggs

I know I can get hard boiled eggs at the resort but since I am trying to delay breakfast, is there any place in the parks anyone has seen them so i don't have to carry them around?

I don't think so. You might see them on some of the breakfast buffets, but I can't think of anywhere that you could buy them quick-service.

Most larger Starbucks locations still sell their protein boxes with eggs. I’ve also seen similar protein boxes in the refrigerated section at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot.

That’s pretty much the only thing I can think of in the parks that isn’t a breakfast sandwich with egg.

On a very rare occasion I have seen them at the walk up snack places that have carrots and celery. Hollywood Studios, I forget the name of the place, on the way to Tower of Terror.

I have occasionally seen them at the Liberty Square Market in MK, although I haven’t looked recently.

I've seen them in a vending machine at the TTC or the Studios (can't remember the exact one, it was under a light blue stucco roof/awning so maybe DHS)! Not sure I'd eat a vending machine hard boiled egg. Sometimes a few of the outdoor food locations have them, sealed in packets. I think it was in Liberty Square and by the Safari.

Yeah, I thought some of the markets with fruit and such might have them, but I couldn't confirm that on the menus. That is probably the best bed.

Check the ones outside of the parks! Either TTC or DHS. It's the regular vending machines, not a special one. I guess they are refrigerated.
