HappyLimo experience?

Can anyone comment on any previous experience with HappyLimo service?

Actually not cruise related - we are looking to book transportation in a few weeks for a trip to Disney Fort Wilderness. We may also use the transport for upcoming cruise?

Are they any good? Has anyone selected the "STRETCH SUV EXCURSION"?????

Haven't used the stretch excursion, but we've gotten great service from them on cruise and non-cruise related trips. On one trip to WDW, they sent a regular Excursion rather than a towncar, but our plane had been delayed two hours and it was 2 a.m. so I wasn't awake enough to admire the lovely vehicle! They have a stretch hummer too. I haven't seen it, but I can't even imagine the size.

Yea we have 9 people total... Just 1 too many for the limo!

The stretch SUV is about the only other thing that would fit (without getting 2 cars).... Apparently the group was looking into Mears bus transfers to the hotel at 19.00 a person one way.... So with 9 people round trip that would be $342.00 - The rate for a round trip in the SUV would be $310.00?!?!?!?!?

We have just returned from Orlando and used Happy Limousines for our wedding anniversary. It was the biggest dissappointment ever. I would never recommend Happy Limousine. We had a round trip from POFQ to Seaworld @ $168.

The driver was on time but nothing was set up in the limo as he stated the limo he should have arrived in had broken down that morning. We said that we understood but asked him to ensure everything was in order for the return jorney. We had a bottle of champagne on our return journey included in the price (A little luxury is what a ride like this is all about!!)
On return journey, no champagne as he stated he had no liqour licence, hey he was only the driver!! We got in the car and thought well, we will have a sprite in the champagne glasses
but soda was still boxed up and red hot!!!! The airconditioning had not been turned on so we had to knock on the partition to ask where the switch was.
Driver told us to ring the office. The manager was unconcerned, said he would reimburse the $0.75 for each soda, I could talk to the owner if I so chose but he was on holiday until next week, goodbye!!
The worst customer service, no deliverey on the service agreed for the price and a huge disaapointment. GO ELSEWHERE if you want a hassle free service and to get what you want !!!
