Finally decided to head to the World in June. Trips with the kids have gotten so hard to plan with both of them having jobs. Last year we had June booked and last minute was able to switch to May and found availability and we were thrilled since May is a great time to go.
Called two days ago for OKW 2 bedroom HH area and it was available for a lock off. We debated between this and AKV at Jambo. Today we called and no HH area left. We like this area the best. AKV standard view Jambo was available so we took that. DH and I will be there in Feb in a value and then back in June with the kids. VWL was available, but I am trying to conserve points. No savanna views at Jambo only Kidani. I may go on the waitlist for OKW HH area. I was surprised there was a 1 bedroom value available for the week of June 19 -24. That was a surprise.
Sometimes it is so hard to decide what resort, we have likes and dislikes at all resorts. I probably would have taken the VWL, but I had to watch the points.
