our kitchen is completely gutted, being remodeled, so this is one way to feed the residents something other than crock-pot/roaster/griddle food. it's a tradition every Thanksgiving; the facility makes turkeys, mashed potatoes and rolls, and the staff brings covered dishes. it's a big buffet feast for the residents, their families and all of the staff.
it'll be fun today, but i think i put too much garlic in my roasted veggies! hope the residents can stand it!
