Happy Mother's Day!!!

Had to get up early for DH to take DS15 to his 5th of 6 drives.. Didn't want to do it today but drive times are very hard to come by and this is his interstate drive so I wanted to get a some what "quiet" less traffic time...
I got up to some wonderful gifts that I had not asked for..
PJ made me a beautiful frame w/ photos and a lyric to her favorite song that reminds her of me.. (I'll take a photo, it's awesome).
My boys got my cards and wrote sentiments in them!!!
DH got me a 3-crockpot station that I had been eyeing for a long time and with graduation around the corner it was time to grab it... (we are having a taco bar at her party). He also got me a black skirt (it's not my style so it may go back for another).


To do today:
finish laundry
complete titles for pages I did yesterday (almost done w/ senior year May events); by tomorrow I want to have the rest of senior year done.
soccer game for DS11 (last one; but it's 2 hours away)
dinner out w/ family (hoping my eldest DsS can sneak down to meet us)
home and get everyone ready for the school week

Have DH go through his clothes to see what we can donate
Laundry
Get pork cooking in the crock (for pulled pork sandwiches tonight!)
Spend an hour organizing photos
SCRAP - YAY!

I am waiting for the kiddos to wake to open cards. We are having Surf and Turf for lunch and then headed down to the Harbor for ice cream later if the weather holds. Cloudy right now, but keeping our fingers crossed.

We're having both moms over for brunch in just a little while. DH and the girls got me an E2 Rachel made me a mini-book with pictures of just the 2 of us and Sarah got me a travle tea mug

Morgan finally got up around 11:15 (she didn't get home from the birthday party at the drive-in until almost midnight) and I got a gift card for the hair salon (I think that's a hint that my hair is getting grey again), and a purple bead for my bracelet.

We're off to the ILs for lunch. Either Panera or Five Guys, I'm hoping. Stopping at Kohl's on the way home (have a 30% off coupon!) for some shoes more appropriate for capris. My sneakers look silly.

My ribs are still hurting. I don't really know what to do. The cough is much much better, but the pain is getting worse

Jennifer,, better get an xray and some pain meds...I cracked a rib years ago with broncitis and it takes a while for it to heal.

Happy Mother's Day to all of you!!!!
My gift was last night- went to see the Beach Boys 50th Reunion Concert at Mohegan Sun casino in CT!!
OMG - i know what energy I have in my mid 60's but these men are all older than me and after two, hour and a quarter sets, they were still kickin (and so was I)! Felt like i knew almost all their songs, I sang away, and it was one of the best concerts i have ever been to!!
Today, I am wiped out!!!
Tyler and I have our WDW trip all planned out for the end of next week now too. Was a terrific weekend.....

We went to six flags - I kinda joked about having free tickets for 4 from our season passes & sister & her family took us up on it. Gave them a taste of how much walking is at a theme park

want to hear about the best part of the day?? A lady stopped me & asked if I was Reddy & had a scrapbooking blog - I couldn't believe it, someone actually knows me from my blog, she did run into the boys then saw me - it was great, I wish James would had let me talk for alittle while longer
