For those of you who have used this company....How did you find it's service? My sister is flying into MCO alone to meet my family at WDW. We booked a car transport for her through Happy Limo. She called me today to say she is upset because her confirmation says she must call the company when she arrives at bagage claim and they will tell her when to meet them in a certain parking space? Is this correct? She is concerned about traveling alone (her first time) and we thought the company would meet her at baggage claim.
I guess I am asking, does the driver take a long time to arrive? Should we rebook with Tiffany Towncar (who I just used in May)who meets you at baggage claim, but costs a few dollars more?
I'd appreciate any feedback! Thanks!

I used them last year and am getting ready to use them this year. I too was a little concerned about the calling from baggage. I called using my cell phone as soon as I got off of the plane. When you call to say you have arrived they tell you what parking place number to wait at to meet the car. It is right next to other car services and buses. We did have to wait about 5 – 10 minutes but we were upgraded to a limo. The driver was very nice and friendly. I don’t think she will have a problem with them.

The other companies meet you at the gate and still have to go to the parking lot to get the car and bring it to the baggage area because they are not allowed to leave cars unattended anymore.

We weren't allowed to do so for only about 6 months after Sept. 11th 2001, and we had to leave the vehicles at the holding area and walk about 5 min. to the "B" side and 10 to 15 min. to the "A" side of the airport to meet our customers. Now all transportation companies are allowed to leave their vehicles at the ground transportation area (called CVPA).

Happy Limo only will Meet and Greet you if you ask for it, and only in the "B" side of the airport, so, depending on your airline you will have to call and they will send the driver in to meet you. This is done so the gate fees are reduced for them (we pay by each 30 minutes inside). Most other companies, like stated above, will meet you inside with a sign, take you to the ground transportation level, and bring the vehicle which is parked accross the street (less than 1 minute...).

I hope this info helps.

My Happy Limo confirmation says "thank you for chosing happy limo. Your flight will arrive in Terminal B. Upon your arrival at Orlando International Airport, your party will be greeted by our driver in baggage claim etc.

Happy Limo greeted me in baggage claim last time. I thought that was how it always worked....

I'm using them again in a couple of days. I will call and confirm that they will meet me in baggage claim.

Your are right, they will meet you inside, my mistake, but they will leave their vehicle at the holding area though.:smooth:

That's okay-FLTours did the same thing when we used them last time-took about 5 mins or so for him to bring the van around.
