Happy Limo Questions

Search is disabled at the moment, so forgive me for posing questions that no doubt have been asked/answered before. We haven't used Happy Limo before (but have used Tiffany, on several occasions, and Your Ride, once). We have been happy with all towncar transfers in the past, but I am just doing some comparison shopping for our upcoming trip.

I am wondering what your experience has been with Happy Limo? I note that they only provide a 15 minute grocery stop, according to their Web site, instead of the traditional 30 minutes that others offer, and that might be a deterrent for us. Is 15 minutes even long enough to get any shopping done...it seems as though sometimes you can stand in the checkout line almost that long? Can anyone tell me what grocery store(s) this company stops at? I also note that they automatically add a 20% gratuity. For those of you who have tried Happy Limo, did you feel the service you received deserved a 20% tip?

We use Happy Limo a lot, as we visit WDW and also do a lot of Disney cruises. We're in FL an average of at least once every month or two. I have always been very pleased with their service, and there have been times that I have tipped a little extra when I felt the driver deserved it. We stop at a convenience store, so we're never had a time problem. I'm not sure which grocery store they use. I once saw someone post that you can send them a grocery list in advance which they will get for you, but I've never asked about that so I don't know if it's true. You may want to call and check on that, and if you're not already using a coupon, I have one on my site and Mousesavers has one too.

We used Happy Limo last week and were very happy. We did a grocery stop, and the driver didn't say anything about limiting it to 15 minutes. We tried to go as quickly as possible, but with the wait at the check out it was probably more than 15 minutes. They took us to a Kash and Karry and there were Happy Limo cars lined up out front. Our driver said that they use that store and one other, but I didn't ask what the other one was.
