any of the WDW, DTD, Boardwalk eateries have a happy hour?

As far as I can recall, no. No discounts.

Bluezoo used to have one on weekdays but I think they stopped it.

See if you can find a website for Big River Grill. They're not run by Disney and sometimes they have beer specials, but not every day.

House of Blues and the outside bar at Raglan Road both have happy hours but I don't recall the specific times or specials. I know HOB has both food and drink specials but I think RR was just drinks. I do recall we got 2 draft beers at RR for $8 total, which at WDW is cheap!

Blue river grill is a disney restaurant isn't it? it's on the wdw site.

It is on Disney property but it is not operated by Disney. (Neither are Raglan Road or House of Blues or Bluezoo). Big River is operated by Craft Works Restaurants and Breweries. It's a chain. There are also Big River restaurants in Chattanooga and Nashville, TN.

Don't go by just Disney's website. Disney's website is not going to tell you anything. Do a Google search for the restaurants mentioned.

I vaguely recall Portobello doing something in the bar for happy hour, but don't quote me.
