Happy Hour at The Explorers

Are you allowed to take advantage of the bar's "Happy Hour" if you are not a guest staying at that hotel ?

We'd like to go there for a couple of drinks and let the boys have a go in the jugle adventure play area.

Don't see why not. They weren't asking for any ID or anything to show we were guests at the resort.
