Happy HalloWishes Booking for just 2 poeple

Is anyone else having problems trying to book just two people for the Happy HalloWishes Dessert Package? I called and I was told the first time by a CM that the packages were all completed booked. I then called back and spoke with a different CM who told me all the two person tables were gone. I find this hard to believe that every single night all the two person table are gone.

I saw another thread where people were having trouble with 2's and people were getting around it by either booking 3 and listing the (imaginary) third as an infant, who is free. Or booking for 3 then calling to have it adjusted to 2. Don't know why it works this way. Though you can see they try to have a variety of tables available, it would be better to sell a 4-top to two people than not sell it at all.

I tried the infant way and it did work. It is very odd that the system will not allow two people to book. Called a CM again and was told the night was completely booked, but yet I was on line at the same time and was able to book 11 people if I wanted.

For wishes dessert party it is the same way. I actually don't even remember seeing any tables for two since they changed to the no reserved tables. We did the whole book for three with an imaginary infant. The CM didn't seem to happy when I said there was actually only two of us and told me I should have called to drop the extra person…, maybe Disney should let me book for two like I wanted.

I had the same issue trying to book for my DD and I for Sept. 2nd party. Then I read, try booking for 3 instead. Sept 2 would allow to book for 3.
I called Disney Dining and told the CM my issue and she was able to book me for 2. I really did not want to have to pay extra person, then cancel.
