Heading to POR next Tuesday (11-29). Called Disney last night to make a small change to reservation. I realize that I just got an over zealous CM but she burst my happy bubble. It was like she was working on commission.

She kept pushing the DP and going on and on about how much money I would save, how wonderful it was and if I wanted it I would have to add it right now. I couldn't get a word in edgewise. I finally just had to start talking and told her I was hanging up. Unfortunately I did not understand her name and she did not offer the survey.

I just need a little DIS board pixie dust.

Yup, I would have ended the conversation and called back......we always do our reserving thru CRO and most of the time we get a decent CM.....but there's the occasional oddball......I won't stay on the line with someone I can't undersatnd....just call back and get another CM....

We're the same as you, not interested in the DP, saves us nothing, don't want ADR's and don't care for TS restaurants......just do as I ask and let's move on.......best thing.....hang up!

I would have hung up too ! We don't do the DDP .. it isn't for us (unless it's free !).
Hope you get better luck next time you need to call there.
