Thanks everyone 
We started early with the celebrations last night - massive chinese take away, on the front room floor, accompanied by lots of wine and one of my fav DVDs, 'Barefoot in the Park'
Off to meet Mum and Dad for an early evening meal later, with whichever of my kids turn up, then off to the hospital to see Phil who I've told has to sing me Happy Birthday in tune
Seeing that he hasn't been able to speak for over 3 months I think the most I'll get is a smile
Then it's home for another bottle of wine and to watch a DVD with Eve - as long as it's not cartoons........................
