Happy 21st Birthday! WDW, DCL and a Dis meet! *TR COMPLETE*

That is a tough decision on the excursions. I have only one tip for you guys re:Atlantis.

You are right, the one day aqua-adventure pass is really expensive. What many people do is actually book a room at the hotel itself or it's partner hotel (Can't remember what it is but I am sure someone on the cruise boards would know) Anyways the price of the room for the day often comes out much cheaper than the excursion would and everybody on the room reservation would get full access to the resort. So you three could split the cost of the room and then go your seperate ways or spend the day together. You would just have to find your own way to and from the ship. (Taxi/water boat). Anyways just something I though you might be interested in.

If you don't want to spend a lot of money or none of the excursions appeal to you another option would be to stay on the ship. Most people would have gotten off so you would have the place to yourself. I hear they also offer discounted spa packages on port days.

Thanks Lessa! K really has his heart set on this one I guess. He really doesn't want to listen to any other ideas...thats just him and his stobborn ways. Thats fine with me. I'm leaning toward a more care free day with some lounging around and shopping anyway. Since my WDW portion of the trip is planned to a T these couple cruise days are going to be a nice relaxing break.

I've heard about that too where the boat is a lot quieter at port with the less people. I'm actually kind of looking forward to exploring the ship and taking pictures by myself for the day. But shhhh dont tell B and K that :lmao:. We will be meeting up at dinner again and spending the night hanging out together.

ooh. that is a good chunk of change with that number of people.

You are right thats a good chunk. $310 for 2 people! :scared1: I looked up Atlantis on the web just to see what its all about and I don't think its worth all that money for the amount of time. I'm just gonna do the solo thing for the day and were gonna meet up at dinner.

Hey girl! DH & I skipped Atlantis on our day in Nassau. It seemed like too much work, money, and stress for us. It ended up being a sweltering hot day outside and we could take the heat just long enough to do a quick walk into Nassau, then we rushed back to the Wonder. It's actually a perfect day to spend on the ship and we chose to eat lunch at one of the restaurants. It was great! Just an idea! ;)

Thats what I'm begining to think about the day trip to the resort. As much as I would love to see it, I also think it's going to give me a lot of stress. So as of right now I'm going to get off first thing and do some shopping around the port then head back on board to explore, get my hair braided (yes I'm so looking forward to this :rotfl:) and grab lunch. I'm thinking that will be a more relaxing stress free option.

Alright so its officially under 2 months now! 59 days till I'm on my way to Florida!

Your schedule looks great! You have a lot planned, so I'm glad you've scheduled in time to break too. Especially, that nice trip back to the GF Spa! :goodvibes

I love the t-shirt designs, they are just adorable.

The schedule looks like so much fun, maybe I'll need to plan more for the next time I'll get to go. I thought I was a detailed planner, but apparantly, I'm not! :lmao:

I'm so excited to go back to the spa. It was so relaxing last time.

Hahaha sometimes the planning is my downfall. Sometimes I wish I could be a more laid back person and go with the flow. :confused3

I've never had a pedicure, but someone here keeps mentioning it to me, and then you've had one done at the GF (with another one planned). I'm thinking it's expensive, but I might try one when/if I get to go back solo.

I saw (on the PotD thread) you gave up the Dis for lent. Haha you have been Dis'ing a lot today. Good to have you back!

Yes the pedi is expensive but I found it so worth it. So relaxing and better than the nail salons around here. Plus it lasted a long time. :goodvibes So I figure I got my money's worth.

Just wanted to wish you all a happy Easter. I've been sick with the flu all week. Well I'm finally better now in time for Easter. Bad news is though my whole family except for my youngest brother Brian has got it now. :scared1: Hopefully they will be better next weekend so we can do our Easter traditions. Ugh I guess this is what happens when Easter is so early and there is still many ft of snow on the ground. :confused3

In other news spring is slooooowly coming here and its only 52 days away from my trip!!!

I hope your family is feeling better soon... They should not be blaming you for getting them sick, they should be thankful that they're all getting it at the same time! It is awful when there is a chain event and an illness lasts a long time because one person gets better and the next gets sick. (When I was in grade one, that's what happened with the chicken pox here, and it was months before we were rid of it!)

I've decided on the pedicure for sure... Now I'm curious about the manicure too! :rotfl:

51 days... You must be on :cloud9:
