I was having WDW withdraw this weekend so my brother and I decided to take a ride down to Burlington MA and head to the Rainforest cafe! I really wish I had brought my camera with me. But this RFC is located in the mall and usually fills up fast. We got there at noon and were seated 30 minutes later right next to one of the fish tanks. I just love this restraunt and it is the closest thing I can get to WDW. My brother and I had a great time enjoying our lunch. And what do you know, whats across the way from RFC but the Disney store!

Sounds like fun. One of the malls in Virginia Beach had a Rainforest Cafe. I only ate there once though before going to see Rent. Well it turns out there was something on my seat as when we stood up to leave I had some sort of a sauce splotch on my nice skirt.

It did, I was worried though. I should have sent RfC my dry cleaning bill. I think after all these years I am willing to give RFC another try when i go down to Disney though. I will be checking my chair carefully!

I'm glad it came out!

I've been to the one at DTD and would gladly go back again. I think next time though I'm gonna spice it up and go to the one at AK.

Hi Cheryl! I'm finally back on The DIS and hopefully things get back to a normal pace. I feel so out of it when I am away from here for too long! I just love the Rainforest Cafe too! We've been going since it opened at DTD and it was the first stop of all of our trips to Florida. We always had our first meal there and began our vacation there. Plus, they always have such cute stuff t buy in the gift shop. I added uodated to our DIS Meet thread. Tell me what you think abotu changing our DIS Meet theme to the Pirate & Princess Party? It looks like it's going to be another DISney Princess meet for us! Hmmmm...t-shirts??

I'm thinking about working in a trip to RFC in May. Maybe for lunch when I get back to WDW from the cruise. I don't know yet. I just think thats the cutest place. Isnt there a dinosaur version opening up at DTD soon? I don't know how that one will go over.

The new updated thread looks great, you did an awesome job. I think the name change is a good idea. (I wrote you more on our meet thread)

So the 75 day mark till the cruise has come and gone. B and I spent all last night on the phone figuring out what we are going to do. They have decided to do the Atlantis Aquadventure at the Atlantis resort in Nassau. That includes the use of the beach, aquarium, and water park for 5-6 hours. But this costs $155 per person! To me it doesn't seem worth the money for the amount of time there. Maybe I'm just being cheap But can you seriously use those facilities long enough to make it worth it?. Anyway they booked this excursion and since we decided to split up for the day I haven't decided which (if any) excursion I will be doing. Here are my options:

This one is only $39 and it seems pretty neat. It goes over to Atlantis and you can explore the aquarium. I'm just so nervous that I'm going to lose track of time and miss the ship.

Or my other option is...

Take a laid back day and take in the sights and sounds of the island by myself. Maybe hit the straw market and some shops, get my hair braided on board and lounge by the pool.

I can't decide which I want to do. I think the biggest thing like I said is being afraid that I'm going to miss the ship. Also I don't know if you can go back to the ship when ever you want to or if there is a set time if I did the first option.



Now for our next day at Castaway cay:
We booked tubes for the day and banana boat rides. We are planning to have a beach day and take in the tranquil waters. We may be doing some snorkeling.

I was hoping to book a Palo brunch to suprise them but I found out there isnt brunch on the 3 night. I don't want to book a dinner because I want to be able to experience all 3 restraunts on board. So that was kind of a bust.

We can't believe how fast the time is flying and pretty soon we will be on board heading to the bahamas!

Also on Post cruise news. Our Dis planning is going well. Our meets are the 21st and 22nd and its turning into another DISney Princess meet with the P&P P on the 21st after our dinner at O'hana. Also we are going to be getting a b-day cake on one of the nights to celebrate Lindsey and my B-days!

So thats all the news for now. In 72 short days I will be enjoying a nice dinner at Kona Cafe and heading over to DTD for Cirque.

Yup thats what it is. From the Dis news I've been reading it looks like its opening in the Fall.

I will be looking forward to your report on that too!
