Happily Ever After -- no shows end of August?

I will be in WDW the end of August and I notice that there are no Happily Ever After shows scheduled at all after August 19th. Why would this be? Is it a typo? This can't be true, can it? It's bad enough that they took away my Wishes but now I won't be able to see it's replacement????? Will this change?

I'm sure there will be shows every night, other than party nights. Disney does not communicate info. well at all and their calendars are often misleading.

I really hope you are right. We arrive on the 19th but have plans to go to AK to see ROL and have ADRs all set up. If MK doesn't have HEA except for that night, I have to change around several of my planned park days and, as a result, several of my ADRs...sooner is always better than later as availability quickly diminishes. Eek!

Anyone have any idea when this information might be updated? This may be time critical!

Mk has firework shows every night. The calendar just isn't updated that far out

In looking at September, they have it scheduled for Sept 3rd onwards but sporadically....a week with all nights scheduled with the show and then every night unless the MNSSHP is happening. It makes no sense to me to have it shut down for two weeks from Aug 20 to Sept 2 but the fact that it shows up again in Sept makes me give some weight that the scheduled show times may be correct. I really hope I'm wrong though.

I don't expect that the scheduled show times are right, I expect that Disney IT doesn't do a very good job with the calendars, and that eventually they will update it with correct information.

Hi, I'm so glad I found this! I thought I was the only one stressing out. Our holiday starts 22nd August and there are no fireworks apart from MNNSHP? did you find out any more info?

It doesn't mean anything special.
The MK fireworks have been announced as being shown on "most nights" for decades.

That covers the fact that on some nights (like the nights MK has a hard ticket party, or is closed early for a special event) other fireworks may be shown.

It also covers (very rare) nights when the fireworks might be cancelled due to severe weather
or possible technical failure.

They still haven't updated their website to include my dates for HEA fireworks. I have been in contact with touringplans.com as they have it listed as having the fireworks every night for my dates. According to them, the travel agent park hours they were given by WDW included shows every night in late August. Fingers crossed that they have the correct info as I am banking on it.....

different fireworks during parties, around xmas, nye and 4th of july.

Thanks everyone -feeling slightly less stressed now! It's a long way to come from the UK so can't just pop back for fireworks a different night!
