Can’t seem to find this info on the Disney site...is there a cancellation policy for the dessert parties similar to other ADRs? Or non-refundable once booked?

Yep, @CarrieR is correct - five days.

If you start to click through to make a reservation, you'll eventually get to a page that has "Guest Policies" - it's in there. It's also on the confirmation e-mail you receive after you make the reservation.

If you call, you might be able to cancel within 5 days. I did it a month ago. I just told them the calendar reset itself and I didn't even notice it had selected a different day then the one I was looking at. Which was true.

That’s perfect, exactly what I was looking for! I saw availability for our dates in April and wanted to book ASAP even though I’m not sure my husband will be on board...wanted to make sure I could cancel if we change our minds!

Is it crazy to do CRT (4:30pm) and the dessert party the same day?? We can’t move CRT ADR to another day... but am worried about the HEA crowds...

I've only been to CRT one time (lunch last summer)... but when I left, I was hungry!

But in all seriousness, that seems like a good spacing of dinner and dessert to me.
