Happiest Haunts Tour or a Second Halloween Party?

I'm an annual passholder going to the HP on Oct 31st. Tickets are already purchased. This is my 18 year old daughter's favorite holiday. If I have an extra bit of money laying around, should we spend it on the Happiest Haunts Tour or should we add a second party? I have never gone on any Disney tours. We did the MNSSHP at MK last year and the party at DL the year prior. I'm concerned doing the party twice will take away from the special feeling of going on Halloween, but I'm also having a hard time with the idea of spending the same money for a 2 hour tour that I would spend for an 8 hour party.

We've done the tour and now choose to do 2 parties each year. The tour was fun, but it was very long (4 hours or so) and involved a lot of waiting in lines (HM and TOT). We love the parties and have lots of fun at each one. The interaction with CMs and other guests is different at each party, and we wear different costumes each time, so that keeps the parties feeling fresh. And doing 2 parties allows us to focus on different activities for each. For example, we'll focus on M&Gs and trick or treating at one party, then focus on rides and the parade and fireworks at the next one. Oddly enough, we do the holiday tour every year and never grow tired of it, but for the Halloween tour, once was enough.
