Hansell, party of 10- your vacation is ready**UPDATED 10/27**

As a Reds fan let me just say thanks for rubbing salt in the wound. If you had to dominate us for a sweep at least you could have gone on and won the whole thing.

see, im the total opposite...if you beat me, I wanna see you go down! watch somebody do what you did to us and see you suffer the same exact misery!!!! ahem...excuse me. were a big sports family.

Well, I just don't hate the Phils as much as I hate the Giants. Halladay has always been one of my favorite players in the league and I was hoping that even if my Reds couldn't win one, maybe he'd finally get a ring after being stuck in Toronto for years. I might hate the Phils if we meet in the playoffs a few more times though. :lmao: Can't really hate on the other team just because our guys were one of the top offenses all year and forgot how to hit for 3 games. Utley is starting to creep on to my radar though....
The main reason I don't like the Giants is because they had Barry Bonds. I don't dislike Bonds because of the steroids, I have hated him since he was in Pittsburgh back when they had Bonds, Bonilla, Van Slyke and were good in the early 90's. For some reason I couldn't stand the Pirates, but I could tolerate the Braves. I guess I just respect good pitching.:confused3

You, my friend are a far better fan than I! I dont like the Pirates...heck I dont like Pittsburgh teams at all. I dont like the Braves either. umm....dont like anybody but the phillies I guess, when I think about it. :lmao: guess its the whole "root, root, root for your home team," thing. my loyalties are with philadelphia, disappointing losers that they continually are :) plus, im pretty sure it was in my wedding vows somewhere. "love, cherish, be a die hard phillies and eagles fan" you know how it goes.....

Yeah, but dad looks good holding them. :thumbsup2 :rotfl2:
(And at least someone had them. A few years ago, my daughter kicked off her shoe at the grocery store while she was riding in the cart. No one noticed until we got in line to pay! I had to retrace our steps through the entire store to find that flip flop!:sad2:)

Don't worry about the fireworks pictures. You can search for some on the boards (try the photography boards - those guys know what they're going:)). Pretend they're your pictures, know one will ever know. :thumbsup2

What a precious picture of your daughter looking out the monorail window  I hope the Electrical Parade is running when we arrive next month.

How sweet of that lady to give her Mickey necklace to you and to comment on your obvious love of your family. It is so endearing to know there are still sweet people out there!

Great report so far - When is your next trip (I can't see the bottom of your ticker for some reason) can't wait for the next update.. Your family is beautiful!!

We are! Our arrival day is the last day of free dining, so that will give us the free dining for the duration of our trip, which is over on Oct 8th. Ive considered August, not only because of the kids schooling, but I go to school as well, and this year it was kinda hard to jump right back in. The only thing that would concern me is the heat....I dont do well in the heat. like, at all.

YAY
Our trip will be my husbands first ever and I really wanted him to be able to go to the food and wine festival as he is a chef but with big kids that wasn't going to work so we'll beat the heat with a waterpark day and lots of pool time - plus having big kids who have been there (like 6 times) it will be nice to let them go off and do some stuff alone while I get the hubs caught up :yay: on the fun of Disney..

oh and BTW kudos on going to school and keeping up with your family :cheer2:
