Hanes & Jerzee's tees - do they run true to size?

I bought both type of tees and just threw them in the washer. I am a bit worried cause the size Large I bought suddenly looks pretty small for a large. My fiancee normally wears a Large tee shirt - will this fit him do you think? Or have you found that these tees run small and you have to buy bigger than you normally would?

i'm not real sure on the Hanes shirts but from what i remember correctly if they're %100 cotton they're pre-shrunk and if they're a 50/50 blend they normally don't shrink all that much .. as for the Jerzee's shirts normally run true to size .. my husband wheres them alot to work and i've never had problems other then the darker colors tend to fade a bit over time ..
