Handicap Accessible Taxi?

During our next trip, my mom wants to go over to Celebration for dinner. Unfortunately, I heard that the Minnie Vans won’t go out of Disney unless it’s to the airport (for $150). I won’t have a walker with me, instead taking my rental scooter with us so that we can do more around the town without me having to “Bench Hunt”.

My question is, what taxi companies offer scooter-friendly vehicles for us to get to/from Celebration?
