Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista

Good Morning all! We are considering staying off-property at the Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista. Has anyone stayed here? What is the shuttle service like?

We stayed here last week (first time) and I was very impressed with the hotel, would give a definite 2 thumbs up. Saw the shuttle bus waiting out front but didn't use it, so no info on that.

We stayed there last August. We did not use the shuttles, so I don't know about those. Everything else was wonderful. Definitely 10/10. Rooms were amazingly clean, staff was friendly and helpful, free breakfast was hot and yummy, beds were comfy, fridge and microwave worked, and it is in a great location. The only reason we didn't stay there the second time around was price. We stayed for $55/night the first trip and the price was nearly $85/night the second time. It's easily worth $85/night, we're just young and on a budget!

Thanks for the info! DH and I are staying there in September. Last year we stayed at the Sheraton Vistana so I was worried we'd be disappointed. Now I'm excited!

We stayed there and enjoyed but, like the others, did not use the shuttle. I'll just add that I recently tried a hotel (JW Marriot Grande Lakes) shuttle. The bus arrived on time was slightly nicer than a Disney bus but the driver said we were to meet in the parking lot at about seven o'clock that night!

For some that would be fine but we didn't want to stay that long and ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel. So, if you want to use the shuttle, make sure you know how it runs. Maybe you could take the shuttle in the morning then taxi back in the afternoon, or maybe their shuttle runs more frequently.

We stayed there and found it to be super clean. Had a car so never used the shuttle. It is a nice place to sleep and shower, but no reason to spend any time there.
