HAM! We had soup beans and ham last night for dinner. Huge package cubed ham that I added to the beans had only 480 calories in the entire pack. We have a huge bowl leftover. Ham is so good and can be used to season many things with less grease and fat. Green beans and ham are a fave here too. Also, scalloped potato and ham. Ham and eggs. Even baked or fried ham as the main meat for dinner.
