Um, I don't know why I bother playing this on XBox live. I just got whooped! Probably by a bunch of kids too.

Is it true that guys have better coordination with these controller things?

My DH2B *had* to pre-order the Collector's edition from Toys R' Us, so we'll be picking it up tomorrow He is soooo excited, lol

and tomorrow morning...major Halo 2 party. 15-20 grown men playing with their boxes hooked, tv's in different rooms, etc.

Oh my gosh. I have GOT to tell my son 'bout that.

My son will be up all night yaking with others playing this game. It is 11:13 and being on this board is keeping me up.

Just bought DH a copy at CompUSA. He's got a friend coming over tonight to play.

DH is on his way to line up at work to buy it now, the company store is getting a limited supply and all the geeks are lining up to get it this morning. I'm sure someone will have the XBOXs networked in his building today so they can play a bit.

He's been waiting and waiting and waiting for this, I've been told not to expect the TV or attention tonight..... funny heard the same thing on Saturday when he got Time Crisis and gun on Saturday for the PS2.

Wow I feel right at home in this thread! I'm about to go pick up our copy to surpise DH2B! Even though I say I'm getting it for him, I really want it too!! I had been telling Chris that with all the wedding expenses that we couldn't afford it. Won't he be suprised when he gets home today!

My husband pre-ordered it, but hasn't had a chance to go pick it up yet. He just bought an Lord of the Rings RPG for xboxx, so is busy playing that. He's excited about Halo2, but wants to finish the LOLR game first. I'll never get the slate down in my kitchen at this rate

LOL reading this post. We are part way through a kichen remodel. DH should be putting up wallboard and demo-ing tile today (or working) instead of playing Halo2.

By the way, it is 2:20 pm here...Halo 2 party is well underway.

I picked up DS's copy this morning. The guys at Game Stop said they opened back up at midnight, and actually had a line down the mall for 3 hours with folks lining up in the corridior when the mall shut down at 9:00 pm!

I took DS 14 last night . We went at 11 pm to the toys r us that is 12 minutes fromus, got the game out of store at 12:07 home by 12:17, told him he could stay up until 1 and then to bed. he wanted to stay home and play today but wouldn't let him as report cards ame out today and they have thurs. and friday off for parent teacher conferences. Hima dn his friends have a halo 2 party planned. We already hosted one halo party and will be hosting halo 2 within the month. oh well.
