Halloween

We will be in the world 10/28-11/2. Heading to MNSSHP on 11/1 (my son's birthday). Wondering what is special to do on 10/31 besides the party.

Last year, we went to Ft. Wilderness for Mickey's Backyard BBQ, which was great. The characters were dressed in costume and we the kids had a blast. The unlimited beer, wine, and sangria doesn't hurt either! After that, we went trick or treating around the loops at the campground. The RV campers really go all out with decorations and everyone had a great time. If you don't want to do that, every resort will have some sort of special celebration. Usually a couple characters, a dance party, etc..

Where are you staying? Last year I was at AKL, and both Jambo and Kidani had a CM pumpkin-carving display. Also, out in the savannah there were pumping smashed and put out for the animals. It was kind of cute to see

Boardwalk has a big party with DJ, games (prizes non candy last year), characters dressed up. We had a lot of fun last year.

I love the video on DME with the animals playing with the pumpkins- it is so adorable!
