Hi Guys, I have a couple of quick questions;

We are going to be in DLRP for Halloween...we have a 4yr old boy and 2yr old girl. Is it worth paying the extra 20e each for the halloween party - what does the party involve and is it suitable for young children?

Also what is the character tea party like in Plaza Gardens - do you get good character interaction, and secondary to that - what is the food like?

Thanks!
Bryan

Hi,

I can't help with the Halloween party, but I can with the character tea party at Plaza Gardens.

We were there for an hour or so, and there were 2 lots of at least 6 characters each round who came out in that time, including Tigger, Eeyore, Captain Hook, Pinnochio, Gepetto, Prince John, Donald, Daisy, Pluto. Each character came round each individual table, and gave each person time for a hug, an autograph, and a photo. There were no kids running around after the characters when I was there (and the tea party area was full), as they could see they would get their turn if they sat down and waited.

The tea party consists of cakes, pastries, puddings, fruit, sweets etc, plus hot and cold drinks.

The tea party takes place at main parade time in the park - 3.30 to 4.30pm.

But, we are teenagers so i dont know how your kids would take it. You could check out youtube for videos in order to get a feel for it.
