I think your hotel room looks really nice. Although that pic of the kids is very annoying. And why did you need so much stuff for one person??? LOL Unlike me, I never over pack.

Don't tell my roommates, but they are not going to have any room for their stuff on the girl's meet.

You might want to see someone about those conversations you have with yourself though. They have meds for that.

They've given me those meds in the past, but all they did was made me sleep. Where's the fun in being crazy if you're just going to sleep through it?

I'm glad we got to meet up that night. And thanks for lying and saying you had fun and my kids were well behaved. I owe you one.

Seriously, I was worried that whole time that you were bored. My kids had done the rides that day earlier and we were going back to DCA on Saturday so they were all about the candy. Didn't want to dance, no rides, just on a candy mission. And they succeeded too!! I told you to take some of ours. LOL

I was not bored at all. I didn't go for the rides, you can do those any old day. I went for the atmosphere and candy!

Oh yeah, and I loved your eye make-up. I noticed that right away. But I know you are no angel. Our roles were reversed that night. I'm usually an angel, and you.......ahem. No comment.

Thank you. There were supposed to be false eyelashes too, but...um...yeah, that didn't really work out so well.

That hotel room looks pretty nice. Was it noisy at all? That painting is creepy.

The only time it was noisy was when they were doing construction (usually in the afternoon), there was one morning when there was a very loud and annoying sound coming from somewhere that was driving me gonzo.

I always pack tons of things and I usually use most of them. I wish I knew how to pack light but I've never been able to.

I always pack a ton of things, but never end up using any of it.

I never use hotel alarm clocks either. I trust my phone more.

What was goofy's costume? You didn't take any photos at the party?

He is a skeleton. Just something about watching him dancing from behind made me laugh. I didn't get a chance to take pictures. I probably could've and should have, but I was so exhausted that I just didn't feel like it.

Whenever we saw insane amounts of people waiting for the tram, we'd just walk to the parking lot if we weren't too tired. It only takes maybe 10 minutes so sometimes it was quicker.

I thought about walking a couple of times, but of course the only times the trams were crowded was when I was unbearably tired.

So I don't really know much about the party...do they just hand out candy to people or what?

They have special decorations up for the event and there's music playing everywhere. They don't just play Disney music either, I was very happy to hear Journey playing. They have little trick-or-treat stations in various locations of the park and you go to them and wait in a fast moving line and they give you candy. There are characters all around, mainly villains, but they also have Mickey and Minnie. There's also a calcave with, Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto and maybe Donald and some others...I don't really remember. It was a lot of fun, but is something I would only do once by myself.

I don't normally ever get over here to the trip report boards, but since I'm reading Beth's (mainly for the food porn) and Hound's (mainly to see if he will EVER finish it) -- I just stumbled across yours I figured I ought to check in here before you get to the day where you meet me and talk about how it was the very best part of your whole Disney trip.

So, I'll be anxiously awaiting the rest of your TR and more pics please!

This day is when the vacation aspect of my trip really kicked in. Being so exhausted from the day before, I didn't make it into the parks until 2 PM. It was really nice to take everything easy and not stress myself out over park openings and waking up before the sun. Once I finally managed to get dressed, parked and on a tram I decided I would be going to DCA for lunch.

Day 2 of hearing that lollipop song, please no! There needs to be a way to get into the park without having to hear those songs all the time. Today DCA was moderately crowded, but it didn't matter, because I was just here for lunch. I made a left into Hollywood Pictures Backlot and into line at Award Wieners. I ordered the #3, a Sicilian Sausage and found the only free table in the are and sat down and made a mess out of myself.

After my yummy lunch, I headed over to Disneyland!
