Halloween Theme?

So we will be at DL and DCA this Sunday. Do they already have all the Halloween decorations up? My kids love Halloween and would love to see eveything decked out as so.

Halloweentime doesn't start until the 26th, but you can see some pumpkins in the Main Street windows. One window of the emporium, by the firehouse, is all decked out for Halloween! And of course the stores has Halloween merch, but that's about it. At DCA by Mission Tortilla, they started hanging their corn husk garlands and lights, but I don't think a lot of ppl noticed that it was put up for the fall/Halloween.
