Halloween Tee Shirts HELP!

I was looking to make halloween tee shirts for the MNSSHP for 5-7 people.
I've made tie-dye ones in the past for our cruise of 12 people several years ago. I'm trying to avoid tie-dying again.

I was thinking incredibles with felt on the shirts, from the craft store.

I also wanted to do Monsters Inc. paint? Felt?

7 dwarfs?

Can someone help me?

I am crafty when it comes to doing the project, but coming up the initial idea is my problem LOL

Help? Suggestions?

I've been having tons of fun making bleach shirts lately and I've even started incorporating fabric paint into some of the designs. The good news is that black shirts typically turn out the MOST AWESOME for bleach designs (although other colors can work well too). Feel free to send me a private message if you want me to send you a link to some of the designs I've done or if you want some tips. (I can't put the link here b/c I also sell my designs and that's against DIS rules but I'm happy to share pictures and provide coaching!)
