Halloween party tickets, can non AP holders buy tickets now?

Hi I am in Australia. We are wanting to go to the halloween party on Oct 29th. Just noticed on the Dis site news that it said tickets on sale now, but I can't see any online? Can I buy them now or not? If anyone can let me know that would be great! Thanks

Tickets are available now only to AP and Disney Visa holders. I think that tickets go on sale to the public on August 1. Hope that helps!
