We are planning on doing MK during the day on a MNSSHP but not going to the Halloween party that night.

Can I still book diner reservations for the MK that start at 7:15 or will I be kicked out?

What about diner reservations that are at say 6:30, would we get kicked out at 7?

If you don't have a party ticket, you can make your dining reservations till 6:59 on a party night and you'll be OK. You can eat your meal leasurly, and enjoy yourself. But once you leave the restaurant, you have to get outa there! lol
My suggestion is to walk slowly, enjoy the sights, but if you try to participate in anything (like the trick-or-treating or getting on a ride) they will ask to see your wrist band. Once they realize you dont have one, they will escort you to the front gates.

But yeah, to answer your question, as long as your dining reservations are for before 7pm, you be OK.

You can't keep a reservation at MK on a party night that is during party hours unless you have a ticket to the party. Make it before the party hours, and remember you'll need to leave the park when you finish the meal.

Best bet is to make a reservation for 6:30-6:45 before the party... Also, if the restaurant is not traditionally open during MNSSHP, your ADR can get cancelled without warning- it happened to me last year!

We had made our ADRs at the 180+10 mark with the general predictions of party nights (Disney had not officially released the schedule, but since the past few years they had had them on Tuesdays and Thursday nights in October, we figured we were safe). We had an ADR for 7:10, and had party tickets for that night to boot, and then got an email from Disney Dining a month before saying that the reservation was cancelled. Turns out that the place where we had booked was not a place that was going to be open during the party last year, and so we were on our own finding another place to go. :headache: Nothing like trying to find something a month out on a party night.
