Halloween parade between Pop and AoA

Last year I see on Halloween evening there was a "Halloween Parade" between these two resorts. This seems to be different from "costume parade," which is also listed as a resort activity.

Does anyone know what this was/is? Is this an actual parade with characters?

I would like to know also, at FW they have one put on by guests with prizes, best Float (golf carts) etc , I bet this one is also organized by CM's for hotel patrons
