Halloween or upgrade?

Why hello there!

Im new around here and am rather enjoying all that you guys have to offer. I was wondering if anyone could help me decide over my dlp trip.

I can go for 3 nights at HNY during halloween season or go for 3 nights during feburary and therefore be able to upgrade to DLH and stay in castle club. Im unsure what to do as sadly i cant afford both.

Ive been to dlp 6 times before, twice in cheyenne and the rest in HNY. Ive been for easter and newyears but never haloween.

Will this be your first trip to DLP? That might have a bearing on whether people would recommend you go in Feb or October.

Oh thats a tricky one. I love the Halloween season and it is a great time of year to go. On the other hand I would love to stay in the Disneyland Hotel. I would prefer not to go in February as the freezing cold does put a damper on it for me.

It would have to be Halloween for me - October is not so long to wait

Even though I have yet to visit DLRP (counting the days!)

For me I would Choose Halloween

looks great fun and personally I think the hotel is just a base to get some

rest...Id rather get the most from the park experience but each to his own

opinion.

Depends how much time you think you'll spend in the hotel - I don't spend any time aside from sleeping and showering so for me it'd be a no brainer - Halloween. Add in the fact that halloween is, for me, the best season of and all and February has little in the way of extra stuff going on and it mounts even more in favour of Halloween!

So, in conclusion...Halloween!!!

My initial thoughts were to go for Halloween but even thought you have the cold of February I think that would be a great time to get the benefit of the Castle Club. Returning to the lounge for a heat and food so my vote would be for February. Can't see us every having that choice, so I think you have a lovely dilema whichever way you decide

Whilst Halloween is a fabulous season at DLRP, in February's favour ToT is rumoured to be opening January, 2008, so if it's the high thrill rides you're into, I'd go for Feb.

As fun as halloween sound i think the whole ToT and the general fancy-ness of the castle club have swayed me towards feb!
