Does anyone know if they are doing anything at the resorts or Disney Springs for Halloween day/night. I know they do something at Fort Wilderness but that's for their guests only. We will be at Saratoga, looking for things to do with the kids and not the Halloween Party.

DS use to have trick-or-treating but it got to crowded and they stopped years ago

I would imagine this years would model basically the same, there seems to be characters at most but you won't know who they are until you get there.

Yes. You are considered a guest until midnight of check out day.

That was built by someone who lives in the area and probably put a lot of time into researching each resort in person. It may be that isn't an option for her this year and I've not seen any others who are on the ground knowledgeable like this.

Disney may have some changes if there are issues, say like CBR may have to adjust since their main hub is under construction, but otherwise I would expect similar events.

I looked a bit more and this year I noticed not all resorts October activities list show any special activities for Halloween and also noticed that POFQ did not mention any characters but GF did.

I actually called the resort directly. Trick or treating and characters 4 to 7 in Congress park at Saratoga.

Does anyone know what they are doing at Art of Animation? I know they've done some super cool things there in the past but I'm not seeing anything in their Activity sheet for Halloween. I am king of hoping they have a dog costume contest now that they allow dogs!! How cool would that be!

For resorts where there isn't info on the recreation flyers, they should have a sign posted several days in advance in the lobby of the resort's main building with the schedule. They did for 4th of July, anyway, and there are more activities for Halloween.
