I saw a design online that was a black shirt with a white skeleton torso of the mom and a skeleton of the baby in fetal position on the lower part of the shirt. There was also a red heart (valentine heart shaped, not real heart shaped) for the mom and the baby. So it was cartoonish and cute for Halloween. It was about $30.
I guess it wouldn't work out too well as a DISign since it would be way too large for transfer paper. It really requires taking up the whole shirt.
