Halloween is almost here and madness yesterday!

Yesterday was pretty insane at the parks. We couldn’t believe how early some fastpasses ran out! And the ticket kiosk lines were horrendous all day. It was our pass renewal day, and we were thankful we took care of it late afternoon. The lines were just as bad at 11pm when we were heading to DTD.

The signs of Pixar Fest ending are definitely apparent. No more UP balloons around either park or any UP treats (eclair or tart) at Jolly Holiday. Mini review of the unicorn cupcake: adorable but so gross!

Flag retreat was amazing! I’m not sure if it’s the same every day, or if it was special due to the anniversary of the official end of WWII but wow.... Not many dry eyes after all the different veterans from each branch were called forward to gather around the flag pole.

The band played several songs while the Dapper Dan’s sang. Serious chills and tears. Thrilled that my kids loved it as well.

And finally we were beyond excited to see some first signs of the Halloween festivities arriving soon!!

Thank you for your report! We get to the parks very early this Saturday morning, I’m expecting big crowds with the start of Halloween time, we will definitely get MaxPass to help things along.

We were there this weekend. Maxpass was amazing. We rode many things twice at DCA and we did mot of our DL goals in one day.

I’m loving the online food ordering. We head to a restaurant, find a table, sit there and make our order and just wait til the app tells us to pick it up. No standing in yet another long line.

Yay! We'll be heading back Saturday and/or Sunday to get started on some pumpkin goodness! Maxpass is the best, and it'll definitely help your visit be even more enjoyable! Have a blast!

I definitely can't imagine doing DLR without Maxpass at this point. We are so spoiled. I just had my fastpass day for our last WDW trip this year, and afterwards my youngest was pretty concerned by how few rides we had scheduled each day. Poor thing forgot how the FP+ system worked after all our MP fun!

Mobile ordering is fantastic especially now that it includes the Tiki Juice Bar! We saw CMs yesterday trying to help guests in that crazy long line figure out the mobile ordering.
