Halloween Dress Rehearsal at Disney Store?

I was at the Square One Disney store today and they gave me a flyer about a Halloween Dress Rehearsal next Friday and Saturday and the following weekend too. If kids 3 and older dress up in their DISNEY costume (no substitutes) then they can get a free gift (no idea what) and can take part in a parade, games, and other stuff. Times are 4:30 and 6:00. Anyone else hear of this? Planning on doing it?
