Halloween Decorations

When we went the first week of October and there wasn't any decorations up. When do they decorate for Halloween?

When we were there October 1-6, the MK was decorated for Halloween.

We went late sept - oct in 09 and all the fall decorations were up the whole time. I would imagine they would have them up before the first MNSSHP (middle september)
