Halloween Decorations at Fort Wilderness

We were thinking about renting a golf cart one evening next week at Fort Wilderness to see the Halloween decorations that the guests display. Is it too early in the season for guests to be decorating their camp sites with Halloween decorations? Don't want to waste our time if there isnt much to look at.
