Halloween Day???

Does WDW do anything special for Halloween day? I realize their is a party at night.

Will it be crazy busy?

Party at magic (plus seasonal dine at Hollywood and Vine at Studios) will still be happening aside from that in the past I know During some holidays characters will pop up in special outfits at resorts but that is just added pixie dust not a guarantee
